What Can I Expect to Learn at the Forge?
At the Forge, you ofcourse learn the technical skills of the craft, and more importantly discover what works for you as a process and learn the fundamental concepts that build your foundation. You will learn the most important style of filmmaking - Guerrilla Filmmaking, a style of independent filmmaking that involves shooting quickly in a variety of locations without a set and using whatever is available at your disposal. You will learn if you're are just a person passionate about a craft or really have what it takes to create a career in it. You will also learn intangible skills like interacting with your team and building a circle of filmmakers you can collaborate with. And these are learnings that set the Forge apart from any other workshop out there.
