This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all applicants and participants of LevelUp Learning’s cohort-based programs conducted by LevelUp Edu Pvt Ltd (“LevelUp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By applying to the program and making payments, you agree to the terms outlined below.

After selection, you pay a ₹8,000 confirmation fee to reserve your seat.
This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
It covers interview time, admissions processing, seat reservation, onboarding, and limited pre-course access (where applicable).

Balance Payment: The remaining program fee (e.g., ₹32,000 if total is ₹40,000) must be paid in full before the Program Start Date (the orientation or first class, whichever occurs earlier).
Non-payment: If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your seat may be cancelled with no refund of the confirmation fee.

First 14 calendar days or first 2 live sessions, whichever ends first. If you withdraw within this window, we refund 100% of the balance (we may deduct the fair value of any third-party licenses/tools already activated in your name).After the Trial Window:

LevelUp may reschedule start dates or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
If rescheduled, enrolled students will be offered an option to defer to a future cohort within 12 months (see §6).
